Anja Gockel should be known among German fashion fans as she is one of the most successful designers, here. That’s not all, her lines are also sold in 20 countries. In 1996, the talented, creative designer founded the eponymous label. Today, she even dresses Queen Silvia from Sweden. Of course, this label can’t be missing at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, where Anja Gockel is going to present her new looks for fall and winter 2015.

The label is based in Mainz. From there, Anja conquers the entire world. She completed her studies in Hamburg and at the Central Saint Martin College in London before she started working for Vivienne Westwood. There, she gained her skills that she uses for her collections. Now, I’m going to introduce the fashion highlights of her newest line for next summer.

This line is elegant and youthful at the same time. Anja plays with discreet patterns, fabrics and structures. A combination of two basic pieces becomes a real eye catcher thanks to amazing contrasts which came together and are now forming an exciting symbiosis. The office look made of a pencil skirt and blouse can be also worn at night or in your free time. Plain pieces are for example refined by geometric prints. The colors complement the straightforward and clear fashion. Rose, nude, black and white, but also royal blue or salmon individualize each model. Two of my favorite highlights are the floor-length, dramatic skirt with a sophisticated train and a silky t-shirt with artful watercolor prints.

You can be assured that Anja Gockel will provide many highlights at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week!
