Christian Siriano wurde bereits mit seiner schwungvollen Frühlings- und Sommerkollektion 2014 vorgestellt und setzt mit seiner Resort Kollektion noch einen drauf. Diese zeigt sich von der abgebrühten Seite. Die Models stehen lässig in ihren schicken Kleidern mit dunkler Sonnenbrille da und schauen nüchtern in die Runde. Sie wissen, dass sie gut aussehen.
Die Kleider sind dabei mal mehr, mal weniger opulent, doch könnten sie auf jeden Fall immer für einen Nachmittag im Country Club durchgehen. Christian Siriano schreckt auch nicht davor zurück, die ein oder andere Farbe mit einfließen zu lassen. Sie strahlen kräftig als Streifen aus den Fotos. Kräftiges Gelb, Violett, Grün, Pink, nichts ist zu gewagt.
Die Silhouetten bleiben dafür eher konservativ: Die Schnitte sind geradlinig und oft auch sehr figurbetont. Doch je weiter es in Richtung Abendgarderobe geht, desto umfangreicher wird auch der Saum. Es endet schließlich in einem echten Prinzessinnenkleid mit engem Top und weitem Rock ab der Taille. Dieser ist weiß und mit einem schwarzen und einem blauen Streifen verziert.
Die Resort Kollektion von Christian Siriano peppt mit den weiblichen Silhouetten und den kräftigen Farben die optimale Mischung aus Eleganz und Design nochmals auf.

Christian Siriano was already introduced with his peppy spring and summer collection 2014 which he tops with his resort collection. It presents his case-hardened side. The models are standing casually in their chic dresses with dark sunglasses and look around. They know they look good.
The dresses are sometimes more, sometimes less opulent at this, but still they seem to be suitable for an afternoon in the country club. Christian Siriano isn’t afraid of using colors. They shine bright as stripes on the photos. Strong yellow, violet, green, pink, nothing is too daring for him.
The silhouettes stay rather conservative though: The cuts are straight and often emphasize the physique. But the further you go the direction of evening’s clothes the more extravagant the seam design is getting. The result is a true princess dress with a tight top and a wide skirt starting at the waist. It is white and decorated with a black and a blue stripe. The resort collection of Christian Siriano represents a perfect mix of elegance and design with feminine silhouettes and the strong colors.
