Kim Stumpf ist in Belgien beheimatet und versucht mit ihrem gleichnamigen Label eine Nische in der Modewelt zu füllen, die für trendige Alltagskleidung steht, die durch Details und Charakter die Designerin durchblicken lässt. Oft ist es ja so, dass Massenware und Alltagskleidung keine Handschrift eines Designers mehr aufweisen. Bei Kim Stumpf ist das aber anders. Sie ist in all ihren Looks sichtbar präsent aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Designs bleiben relativ unauffällig und absolut alltagstauglich. Die Kollektion für Herbst und Winter 2013 und 14 entwickelt sich langsam von Schwarz zu Weiß und streift dabei ab und zu etwas Rot.
Besonders auffallend kommt das Rot bei einem Mantel zum Vorschein. Er ist mit einem rot-braunen Muster überzogen und scheint aus Kunstpelz zu sein. Er ist relativ gerade und fast schon männlich geschnitten. Die Designs sind generell eher locker geschnitten und tragen einen klaren Fokus auf Komfort. Nur die Taille, als weibliche Mitte, wird betont.
So sind auch Jogginghosen in verschiedenen Farben im Sortiment, wie auch ein Oversize-Pullover, der an der Taille endet. Passend zum lockeren und auch weiblichen Thema, das sich durch die Kollektion zieht, ist auch ein Poncho zwischen den Designs zu entdecken. Die ganze Linie spielt mit einem gewissen Kuschelfaktor und dem Reiz des Gemütlichen. Kim Stumpf verspricht mit ihrer Herbst und Winterkollektion sehr viel Komfort. Die Designs scheinen sehr gemütlich zu sein, ohne dabei die Weiblichkeit zu vernachlässigen. Individuelle Alltagskleidung in hellen und dunklen Farben ist bei Kim Stumpf das Motto.

Kim Stumpf lives in Belgium and with her label, which carries her name and she is trying to fill a gap in the fashion world, one that stands for trendy everyday and casual clothing, tuned with details and the designer’s fingerprint. Most of the times it goes this way: Basics and mass produced clothes are sold without the designer’s hallmarks or other special features. Kim Stumpf however represents change in this structure. With all the looks she presents, you can see her very own, but also very subtle style. The designs remain relatively simple and absolutely casual. The collection for Fall and Winter 2013/2014 is slowly evolving from black to white and leaving a tad of red here and there.
This tad of red becomes worth a mention in the red coat. It is covered in a red and brown pattern and appears to be made of fake fur. It has a relatively straight cut and almost seems boyish. In general the designs have casual cuts and have a clear focus on the comfiness. Only the waist – as the woman’s middle – is underlined.
With the same idea sweatpants in different colors are part of the assortment, just like an oversize pullover that ends at the waist. To fit this casual and feminine theme which is going through the whole collection, there also is a poncho in between all these designs. The whole line plays with a certain cuddling factor and the allure comfiness can have. Kim Stumpf is promising lots of comfort with her Fall and Winter Collection. The designs have a very comfortable effect without waiving femininity. Individual casual clothing in bright and dark colors is the motto for Kim Stumpf.
