Hey Beauties,
letzte Woche kam meine Douglas Box of Beauty an und ich muss sagen, nach der tollen Box im November war ich nach dieser etwas enttäuscht, doch seht selbst.
Wie immer gab es ein Hauptprodukt und 4 Luxuspröbchen.
Das Hauptprodukt in diesem Monat war der Lippenbalsam von der Marke Rodial.
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich zuvor noch nie etwas von der Marke gehört habe aber dafür haben wir Abonnenten ja die Box – um neue Produkte ausprobieren zu können. Die Verpackung ist schon mal sehr schön – matt in einem dunklen Lila. Außerdem hat der Lippenbalm einen LSF 15, was immer gut ist.
Mein 1. Luxuspröbchen ist von Elie Saab.
Dieses kleine Prachtstück riecht meiner Meinung nach sogar besser als das eigentliche Parfum. Man konnte den Duft sogar aus der Box riechen. Bewundernswert wie intensiv das Produkt ist, ich hoffe nur, dass der Duft nicht direkt nach ein paar Stunden verfliegt.
Das 2. Produkt ist eine Miniprobe von Origins.
5ml sind in der Miniprobe enthalten. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Feuchtigkeitscreme mit weißen Teeblütenextrakten. Ich war schon immer ein kleiner Fan von der Marke Origins und kann es kaum erwarten, die Pflege auszuprobieren!
Das nächste Produkt ist von Estée Lauder.
Nun, Estée Lauder ist ja kein unbekanntes Gesicht/Produkt in der Douglas Box Of Beauty. Ich habe bestimmt schon an die 5-6 Produkte von ihr, doch das stört mich ganz und gar nicht. Momentan benutze ich ein Nachtserum von Biotherm, wenn das aufgebraucht ist, werde ich es mal mit dem hier probieren. Ms. Estée hat mich noch nie enttäuscht 😉
Das letzte Produkt ist das Kendi Oil von Alterna.
Dieses Öl hatte ich leider bereits in meiner Box. Damals habe ich es mir freiwillig ausgewählt, also ist das hier kein Totalausfall für mich, aber ich muss gestehen, dass ich es nur 1-2x benutzt habe. Es war nicht schlecht aber auch nichts Besonderes für mich.
Fazit
Die diesmonatige Box hat mich echt nicht vom Stuhl gehauen, vor allem wenn ich mir den Inhalt bei den anderen so anschaue. Aber das ist halt die Gefahr bei solchen Überraschungsboxen. Die Lippenpflege kann ich auf jeden Fall benutzten, die Bodylotion von Elie Saab gefällt mir mega gut und das Serum von Estée Lauder wird auch zu gebrauchen sein!

I received my Douglas Box of Beauty a couple of days ago and after a seemingly perfect box in the past my hopes were high. I was somewhat really disappointed but see for yourselves!
This month’s main product a lip balm by Rodial. I gotta admit to you guys, I didn’t know the brand at all when I received the box but it the packaging looks really sleek in its matte violet form. I’ll definitely keep you posted whether or not its good enough for our vanities!
The first luxury sample is from Elie Saab. It’s the body lotion of her perfume and it is divine. I really like the smell especially the intensity of the small. It’s quite impressive how strong the scent is. Here’s hoping that it will also last long on my skin.
The second sample is a little moisturizer by Origins. I’ve always loved the brand despite the exorbitant prices so I’m really nervous and quite curious to try it out.
The third sample is a night serum by Estee Lauder. You guys know how much I love her and her products. They are in fact no strangers for the beauty box. I may have 5-6 samples from her already but I most certainly don’t mind. I’m using a night serum by biotherm right now but once it’s finished I will head right to this baby.Stay tuned!
The last but not least product is from Bamboo. It’s their Kendi oil which I once chose by myself for my box which means that I did like It at one point but I gotta admit that it’s just not that special. So that’s a toss for me.
All in all, I didn’t like the box quite as much as the previous one which is a shame because I reallyt thought that Douglas really had it figured out.
