Bei dem 2007 gegründeten Schmucklabel JEM wird größter Wert auf ethisch korrekte und nachhaltige Produktion gelegt. Die Materialien werden nach strengen Bedingungen ausgewählt, worauf der Gründer des Labels, Erwan Lob, von Beginn an sorgfältig geachtet hat. Bei vielen Schmuckstücken verzichtet das Label auf neue Materialien und verwendet recycelte Stoffe. Upcycling heißt dieses Verfahren. Die handgefertigten Produkte werden in Frankreich hergestellt.
