When, I browse the Internet for inspiration, I rarely stumble upon such great talent, which kind of strengthens my belief in fate and predestination. However, this article is not about my superstition but a young man, who surely has been born to make the world a little bit more stylish. Considering the creative and fashionable impressions I am looking at right now, I think I’m not even exaggerating. Christopher Esber is the name of the Sydney-born designer whose parents however are of Lebanese origin.
“My personal goal is it to give my best no matter what I do.” The self-proclaimed perfectionist is known as an aspiring, young designer who is about to conquer the world with his sophisticated and clever minimalism. In regard to this he took the chance to present his spring/summer collection for 2015 at the Dubai Fashion Week , which recently started. Today, however, will be predominately about his present fall/winter collection for 2014. This collection is another proof for his ability to satisfy our desire for aesthetics by using minimalist structures.
A rather reduced and subtle color palette, which is dominated by black, white, grey and navy blue, puts smart designs and decorative details into the limelight. True to the motto “less is more” Esber let his brunette model posing sensually in a black, long-sleeved tube dress as a part of his latest campaign. The aesthetics is brought by the individual semi-transparent fabric inserts. What also really caught my eye are black pants with wide legs and decorative zips along both sides of the pants, which will surely elicit a „Wow“ from true fans of chic minimalism .The award-winning designer really shows that “less” definitely does not mean boring. The use of leather and transparent fabrics, exciting black and white contrasts and amazing asymmetric structures prove his abilities.
I am telling you, his present spring/summer collection 2015 will impress you even more. I caught a glimpse of it and already fell in love!
