The artist Christopher Hemsworth shows that even video game heroes have complexes and fears, which they have to hide from us, with his new series “Dear Inner Demons – Retro Video Game Edition”.
His images look childlike, fun and still well conceived. They are marked by a “sketched” look. The light color palette changes with muted tones, but this looks still good. The illustrations are available as prints and phone cases.
They also show the inner demons of pop-culture characters. Darth Vader reveals that he was a bad father. There will also be a Christmas edition where the forest’s animals are decorated with holiday lights.
