Step 1: Use a white eyeshadow base to draw on a bold cat eyeliner along your lash line. I am using the NYX Jumbo Pencil in ‘Milk’.
Step 2: Next take a red eyeshadow and apply it on top of the base. You only need to use the color on the top part of the eyeliner because we are going to use black eyeliner anyway. Try to apply a good amount of the eyeshadow so that you get the best pigmentation. The eyeshadow I used here is called ‘Love +’ by Sugarpill.
Step 3: Now it’s time for the black gel eyeliner. Draw it on along your upper lash line. Try to not completely overdraw the red eyeshadow so that you create a red line above the black cat eyeliner.
Step 4: Highlight the inner corners of your eyes, as well as your brow bone using a silver eyeshadow like ‘Verve’ by Urban Decay. Also apply some coats of mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
