Today I have a pop art inspired look for you, that is not very wearable on a daily basis. Butit is perfect for occasions like halloween, which is right around the corner.
Step 1: Apply a bright red lipstick all over your lips. Here I’m using ‘High Voltage’ by Milani.
Step 2: Line the outlines of your lips boldly using a black kajal pencil. I’m using ‘Smolder’ by MAC.
Step 3: Add some details by drawing a black line on the inside of your lips to create the comic effect.
Step 4: The NYX Jumbo pencil in ‘Milk’ is ideal to use as an artificial highlight. Draw on some lines to your top and bottom lips as it is shown in the picture using a lip brush.
