Gourmetlunch im Filetstück – Das Gourmetstück | Uhlandstraße 156

Last week on Wednesday, May 28th, we decided to enjoy a great meal at the Filetstück in the Uhlandstraße 156, which is only a stone’s throw away from the Kurfürstendamm.  To be precise, a legendary Entrecôte  garnished with a broccoli puree, snow peas, paprika and leaf salad awaited us. Tender fiber, an exciting texture, fine roasting flavors and a divine jus became one entity, one culinary explosion in our mouths. Do you still remember my article?

This week, from June 2^nd to June 6^th, the lunch offer from Monday to Saturday will again feature filet steaks and entrecote, this time however other side dishes will make up the rest of this culinary experience:

Monday: filet steaks
Tuesday: Entrecote
Wednesday: filet cut into strips
Thursday: filet steaks
Friday: entrecote

These beauties are served with:
Fine and delicate roast potato foam with sautéed cauliflower and romaine lettuce as well as a spritzer of your choice and an espresso for only €15.00

The special Saturday offer can be enjoyed from 12:00 – 15:00:
a calf meat sausage refined with truffles & a glass of Cattier Champagne for only €10

Well, even if we are looking forward towards Friday when the Filetstück’s third anniversary is celebrated many customers and fans of dry aged steaks, we will still head to the Filetstück on Saturday to try the Shopping Lunch special. We will of course let you know whether it is as delicious as it sounds.
