“Bestes Fleisch und deutsche Weine” which translates to “Best Meat and German Wines“ featuring Anja Schröder, owner of the establishment “Planet Wein“ on the Gendarmenmarkt, is a culinary event taking place in the restaurant “Filetstück – das Gourmetstück” on Wednesday, June 11th, 2014, at 19:30.
This time, the wines will be another star of the event. Matching the spring menu of the Filetstück chef Sascha Ludwig Anja Schröder, who is also known for her work in the Webweinschule.de, will serve us a German aperitif and 8 interesting German wines.
Let yourself be surprised and experience a gourmet menu in a class of its own, including – of course – dry aged beef in the main course prepared by Sascha Ludwig.
