Is there a better stage for M Missoni to perform and show its colorful knitwear than Australia? No. For this reason, it truly is no surprise that Missoni also graced the Sydney Fashion Weekend with its wonderful designs which reflect a very distinct, colorful perfection of fashion.

In the collection for spring and summer 2014, nonchalance is combined with style, which didn’t prevent the designers from placing wear comfort in the center of design. For this collection, the brand seems to have drawn its inspiration from African fashion in particular whose special characteristics also marked the different patterns Missoni used.

These are arranged systematically on the one hand. On the other hand, the density of patterns makes the print confusing in the end. The color palette ranges from green to orange, blue and violet. Within one pattern, several colors are used and mixed. Of course, single-colored designs are available as well. These however are anything but boring, enchanting you with  sophisticated details.

The designs appear very light in general and thus guarantee a lot of wear comfort. Thanks to the loose cuts, the outfits however still promise a flattering effect and a very attractive silhouette, since the fabrics embrace the body lightly. The pants in particular present the richness of ideas which runs through Missoni’s designs. A fabric belt and a skirt-like upper layer make the designs of the pants very outstanding.

M Missoni presents a very exotic collection for spring and summer 2014. The designs are again, as usual, very colorful and therefore appear absolutely exciting and thrilling.
