From March 22 to September 22, 2014, you can visit a very special exhibition at the museum of applied arts: the third Nordic Fashion Biennale. This year, Scandinavian artists from Greenland, from the Faeroe Islands and from Iceland present their designer pieces, concepts and sketches and sources of inspiration.
The focus is set on fashion which embodies the Nordic cultural identity of the creators. A very important topic is sustainability. The materials the Nordic fashion is made of are often only used for traditional purposes.
