With regard to the Museumsuferfest (= museum riverside festival) which will take place from August 29 to August 31, there will be a spectacular dragonboat race on the Main on August 30 and August 31. This is going to be presented by the Sportwelt-Arena. Newbies or professionals – it does not matter whether you are newbies or professionals, as long as a minimum of 16 persons or maximum 20 come together in order to join the race. Pre-training sessions are already offered.
The route has a length of 420m and starts at the Untermainbrücke. Beside the race, there are also many further activities regarding sports, music and dance you can join.
