There are several weird creatures in the world. However, some of them are much crazier than others, and “Phantom Barber” is probably one of them. He was making trouble in Pascagoula (Mississippi) in 1942. He broke into houses, went into the bedrooms and … cut people’s hair! He was especially gunning for blond women with long hair. After a while, the people started to panic, and soon a man was caught. Nevertheless, this man stated to be only a simple burglar. The real Phantom Barber was never caught.
