Michael Hussar, a truly extraordinary artist, was born in South California in 1964. He studied at the Art Center College of Design. There, he learned realistic arts, especially painting human portraits for ten (!) years.
His oil paintings can’t be described very easily, because they are so versatile, crazy, surreal, creepy, cruel, disgusting and … beautiful. Red, suffering eyes, burst lips, weeping wounds, blood, raw meat and insects are depicted in his works.
The colors often focus on big, pure, white surfaces which are surrounded by dirt and blood. Even though the pictures present pretty girls or a raven, you’ll soon get frightened by these abnormal objects!
Honestly, this is not everyone’s type, but you have to admit that this is real art!
