I again and again hear people saying that one should go to the gym for being active and train a body. But did you know that it’s also possible without gym machines? Of course, it may be a bit difficult if you want to build muscle. But for those who want to lose weight or define their body, it’s possible without going to the gym. There are no excuses anymore not to train at all. Here is a workout to improve your condition and muscle definition:

3×30 push-ups
3x30sec push-up plank
3×15 one-legged push-ups
3×15 one-armed push-ups
3x60sec standing one-legged
3×30 sit-ups (with a tensed stomach)
3×30 side jackknives
3×30 squats
3×30 side to side lunges
pull-ups – as many as you can do

That’s a plan which you should do right after waking up (do not forget to drink a lot before exercising!) once at the evening and once before going to bed. You’ll see how your body is getting firmer and your fat figuratively just melts away.
