On yesterday’s blog post I promised you guys a Mini-Review on the Wake Me Up Concealer by Rimmel London, so here you go.
Before I went out and bought the Concealer I tried out the matching foundation of Rimmel and although I have a rather oily skin I really liked the foundation with the glowing effect. I adored the finish, which is why I wanted to try out their concealer as well and boy, am I impressed.
The area below my eyes is extremely dry. I get dry patches around my nose and it is not cute. That is the reason why I never used a concealer for long time until this bad boy came along. The Wake Me Up Concealer is super well blendable and easy to handle. I use a small foundation brush and dab the product lightly onto the skin. Then I set it with a loose powder and I’m done. The best thing about this product has to be the finish. I admit I am only really alive in the night time, which is why I can look incredibly dead in the morning. I am talking about dark shadows and circles under my eyes. That is precisely when I grab my little miracle product and viola, c’est my little secret on “how to look like you went early to bed at 10pm when you actually hit the pillows at 3am”.
I use the color „040 Soft Beige“. It retails at 8€ at the moment but you can get it way cheaper on Asos.de if you are patient. I think I got mine for 5-6€. Just wait for the upcoming Glamour Week, I think Asos is giving out 20% on everything 😉
In my opinion this product is a HOT and I would totally recommend this to those people who suffer from dry patches but don’t want to miss out on a brightening experience under the eyes.
