Have you ever heard of “Haus am See”? No, I’m not talking about Peter Fox’s album. I mean that bar and lounge! If you don’t know it, you haven’t been in Berlin for a long time, yet. “Mein Haus am See” is a quite popular bar at the Rosenthaler Platz in Berlin-Mitte. You can see many people there every day. Even during the week, the bar is filled with students and other young people here. That’s not without good reason, because the bar is furnished in a very stylish way.
Benches, couches and sofas look indirectly inviting. There is a separated smoking area so that all non-smokers and those who love fresh air won’t be disturbed. However, even the smoking area looks really nice and cozy. It’s only a little too small. Let’s come to the drinks. They offer numerous of cocktails! Everyone will find his or her favorite drink, I promise! Nevertheless, the prices are a little more expensive, but don’t forget that you also pay for the cool location! “Mein Haus am See” is not really made for being there every day in the year, but you can go there from time to time just to allow yourself something. The location also offers live music, for example with deejays or bands. Check it out!
