Welcome back my fellow beauty lovers.

The best tip for a healthy and glowing skin?
Is it a well-rounded skincare routine? Hm… not quite.

We all know that there are tons and tons of different ways to buy your way to the perfect skin through moisturizers, masks and serums but what will guarantee you a flawless skin will always be something which goes through your stomach.

If you provide your body with the right amount of clean products you probably won’t need help from the cosmetics industry any longer.

My favourite cleansing product at the moment doesn’t come out of a tube nor does it come out of a can. It is something we see and might not always acknowledge whilst shopping for food. Right, it is the lemon. This little guy can do something for you what a Chanel product for 100 bucks can’t: It can help your whole body and consequently your skin regenerate.

My tip for you: Drink a glass filled with lemon water  in the morning.

Why you ask? Well…

Fresh lemon water can help relieve or prevent digestive problems like bloating or heartburn and stimulate better digestion in general. It helps get rid of all the bad stuff in our tummy to cleanse the body overall.

Lemons are antiseptic and have a powerful cleansing effect on your liver, kidneys and blood. It will make a big difference to your daily energy over time.

The high Vitamin C content helps improve your skin. It is like a booster for your body that signals the reborn of your new skin.

Just include this little step into your morning routine and you will see the remarkable changes after only a month. And you will find that you will need less and less products to cover up blemishes and breakouts. Who would’ve thought that the recipe for a flawless skin would be so simple, huh?

I hope you enjoyed this different approach and I hope you’ll come back to check out tomorrow’s BOAB-article in which I tell you a secret of how to score nice gifts whilst shopping. 😉

Yours truly,

Lana
