Bereits in der Damenkollektion für Herbst und Winter 2013 bemerkte man, wie gerne das Label doch Gegensätze kombiniert. Auch bei der Herrenkollektion kommt diese Vorliebe sehr stark hervor. Es werden verschiedenste Materialien, Muster und Farben durcheinander geworfen, womit ein wunderbar gemischter Look kreiert wird. Fell und Leder trifft auf Denim und Karo: Wer hätte gedacht, dass so ein bunter Mix doch noch gut herauskommt, wo der Volksmund doch behauptet, dass zu viele Köche den Brei verderben? Hier sorgen die vielen unterschiedlichen Einflüsse für Vielfalt.
Hier ist das Fell an der Innenseite einer lockeren, braunen Jacke zu finden. Die Ärmel sind aber aus einem schwarz-weiß gemusterten Stoff. Darunter ist ein rot-schwarzes Karo zu entdecken und einzig und alleine die Hose beschränkt sich auf eine Farbe – Schwarz.
Unter den Looks hat sich aber auch ein kleiner Rosenkavalier versteckt. Auf dem Denimhemd ist nämlich je eine Rose auf einer Schulter platziert. Sie verleihen dem Look eine romantische aber auch rockige Note – sie erinnern nämlich ein wenig an Tattoos. Die Rosen sind in diesem Look auch das einzig „Unruhige“, ansonsten hat sich das Label hier ziemlich zurückgenommen. Osklen beweist bei der Herren Herbst- und Winterkollektion, dass sie auch mit weniger Stilmitteln als bei der Damenkollektion mehr herausholen können.

The women’s collection for fall and winter 2013 already showed that the label tends to combine contrasts and extremes. The men’s collection reflects this preference to a fair amount as well. Extremely different materials, patterns and colors are wildly mixed, which leads to a wonderfully contrasty and exciting collection. Fur and leather meets denim and checked patterns. Who knew that such a wild mix can look that good if you take into consideration that it is said that too many cooks can spoil the broth. Here, many influences contribute to an aesthetic diversity.
We spotted a laid-back and brown jacket which has fur inserted on the inside. The sleeves however are made of a black and white, patterned fabric. A red and black checked pattern can be discovered as well while the only element of this outfit which was reduced to one single color is the black pair of pants.
Among the looks, a knight of the rose can be observed. On the denim shirt, a rose is placed on each shoulder which bestows a very romantic but also rocking touch upon the outfit because the roses somewhat remind me of tattoos. The flowers seem to be the only very eye-catching element of this look this time to avoid exaggeration. Osklen proves with its men’s collection for fall and winter that they can also achieve more with less than what the women’s collection had to offer.
