Alex and Ani ist eine Marke, die ihre ganze Mühe und ihr ganzes Herzblut in die Produktion von Schmuckkollektionen steckt – Schmuckkollektionen, die erschaffen worden sind, um Schönheit zu schaffen. Benutzt wird hierbei hauptsächlich recyceltes Material, weil die Firma sehr auf eine umweltfreundliche Produktion achtet. Die Kollektionen sind nicht nur gut für die Umwelt, sie sollen den Träger oder die Trägerin auch inspirieren.
Light and Ignite ist die Kollektion, die ganz und gar einer der größten Erfindungen der Menschheit gewidmet wurde – der Kerze. Alex und Ani glauben so wie unsere Vorfahren daran, dass Kerzen die Macht haben, pure Energie zu erzeugen, wo und wann auch immer sie angezündet werden. Sie sollen Stärke heraufbeschwören, negative Schwingungen vertreiben und positive Energie in die Welt streuen.
Die Major „League Baseball“- Kollektion war eine der ersten Kollektionen der Marke, die mich sofort in ihren Bann gezogen hat. Sehr sportlich und doch elegant wirken die filigranen Armreifen auf den Betrachter. Baseball ist ein Sport, der in den Staaten Teamwork und Leidenschaft repräsentiert. Diese Schmuckkreationen sollen uns motivieren und inspirieren, das Spiel zu gewinnen, das wir „Leben“ nennen.
Sternzeichen haben mich schon immer fasziniert – schon als kleines Mädchen. Jedes einzelne Sternzeichen repräsentiert einmalige Merkmale unserer Existenz. Für jeden ist das passende Sternzeichen dabei, ich bin Zwillinge (Gemini), was seid ihr?
Die „Color“- Kollektion basiert auf den 7 Chakren, die Zentren unseres Körpers. Man glaubt, dass jedes Chakra einer bestimmten Farbe zugeordnet werden kann. Jede dieser Farben hat eine andere Wirkung auf uns. Ich persönlich habe mich für die weißen Steine entschieden. Ich bin der Meinung, dass sie den Verstand von negativen Gedanken klären und die Seele reinigen können.

Alex and ani is a brand of the eponymous creators. The jewellery has one aim: to produce beauty which trigger compassion and conscious. They only use recycled material because one of its many benefits is that they are eco-friendly. Not only are Alex and Ani good for the environment, their jewellery has the aim to inspire their owner.
Light and Ignite is a collection dedicated to one of humankind’s greatest inventions- candles. The ancients believed that candles have the power to produce pure energy wherever they are lit. They ought to have the power to get rid of negativity and they are believed to have the ability to spread positive energy into the world.
The Major League Baseball Collection was one the first collections that caught my eye. The bangles are casual and sporty but still very fragile and girly. Baseball represents teamwork and passion in the states. This collection is ought to motivate and inspire us to win the game we call life.
Zodiacs always had and always will have a special spell over me. I used to love zodiacs and I still would love to own one of these little bangles. I think zodiacs can mean a lot for a person’s personality if you look close enough. My zodiac is Gemini, what’s yours?
Based on the seven chakras or spiritual centers of the body, Color emphasizes the idea that each chakra is associated with a specific color that affects the body in a particular way. I personally chose the white stones because I for one think that they can clear your mind, get rid of all negativity and cleanse your soul.
