„Eleven Thirty“ kreiert Handtaschen, Accessoires und Artikel, um nicht nur sich selbst, sondern auch das eigene Heim zu verschönern. Und das meiste davon ist auch noch irgendwie praktisch. Mariel Gonzalez und Alexa Schoorl haben das Label in Toronto, Kanada gegründet. Eleven Thirty, also 1130, soll aber nicht auf das Alter der beiden verweisen, sondern ist ganz einfach die Hausnummer ihres Shops, wo sie ihre Kreationen herstellen und auch Workshops geben, in denen man zum Beispiel lernen kann, wie Mokassins gemacht werden.
Das Label selbst hat sich aber eher auf Taschen, Schmuck und Gegenstände für den Haushalt spezialisiert. Es sind kleine Beuteltaschen in verschiedenen Farben und Ledersorten erhältlich, aber auch größere, viereckige Shopping Bags, oder Rucksäcke und kleine Taschen mit Webmuster. Die wohl auffallendsten Taschen sind aber die kleinen Bauchtaschen. Lange wurden sie verpönt und belächelt, doch Eleven Thirty hat die praktischen, kleinen Dinger aus der Verdammnis geholt und in lederner Form wieder tragbar gemacht.
Auch beim Schmuck arbeitet das Label hauptsächlich mit Leder. Die Bänder werden ineinander geschlungen und mit bronzefarbenen, länglichen Perlen zusammengehalten. Eleven Thirty hat aber auch praktische Gürtel und Geldtaschen bei den Accessoires mit drin. Genauso praktisch und auch schön sind die Gestelle, welche zum Aufhängen von Pflanzen gebraucht werden können. Hinter Eleven Thirty stecken zwei Genies der Lederverarbeitung. Ob in Taschen, Schmuck oder Pflanzenaufhänger, das Label kann mit dem Material praktisch alles schaffen.

„Eleven Thirty“ fabricates handbags, accessories and other things to not only make yourself prettier, but also your home. And most of it is even kind of practical. Mariel Gonzalez and Alexa Schoorl founded the label in Toronto, Canada. Eleven Thirty or 1130 does not imply the age of the two but simply is the street number of their shop. For example they have little bags in the most diversified colors and leather types; however they also offer big square shopping backs, backpacks and little bags with weaving patterns on them. The flashiest ones are small fanny packs. For a long time they have been laughed at, but Eleven Thirty finally saved them from this wrath and made them wearable again with leather.
However the label also specializes in working with leather when it comes to jewelry. The straps are looped into one another and are held together by longish pearls. Eleven Thirty also has practical belts and purses in their accessories. Just as practical as beautiful are the racks, which are used to hang plants for example. The masterminds behind this label are two geniuses at processing leather. Bags, jewelry or plant racks – this label can fabricate anything out of leather.
