Eine Uhr ist das einzige Schmuckstück was ein Mann von heute tragen sollte, neben ausgewähltem Schmuck und einer guten Herrentasche. Im Gegensatz zu den unzähligen anderen Schmuckstücken, ist eine Uhr der Ferrari fürs Handgelenk oder eher gesagt der Mercedes SLS. Vom Preis ist die Rj DayNight Watch jedenfalls genau so teuer, wie ein SLS mit Flügeltüren. Für schlappe 300.000€ kann man sich ein richtigen Sportwagen ans Handgelenk hängen, welcher ausschließlich Tag und Nacht anzeigen kann, gegen Aufpreis gibt es ein Ziffernblatt und die Zeiger dazu, aber wer will das schon…
Bei dem Geschäftsmodel der D&N Watch geht es darum, dass Luxus keine Zeit braucht.
Es ist ein Statussymbol! Denn wer schlappe 300.000€ für eine Uhr übrig hat, dem ist es sicher auch egal wie spät es ist.
Meiner Meinung nach ist die Uhr wirklich ein Hingucker, das Metall aus dem Rumpf der Titanik erzählt eine ganz eigene Geschichte und der trashige Steam Punk, Rost-Look macht diese zu einer ganz besonderen Luxusuhr, bei welcher man förmlich die Schreie der Titanicopfer hören kann, man muss sein Ohr nur ganz nah an das Ziffernblatt halten.
Wer es allerdings noch ein bisschen titaniker haben möchte, der kauft sich die limited Titanik-Edition, damit hat man das perfekte Accessoire bei einer Kreuzfahrt auf der Titanic 2, welche momentan in China nachgebaut wird und welche vermutlich mit allem möglichen Technikschnicknack vollgepackt ist.

Hoffen wir, dass es ein Anschluss für mein I-Phone auf dem Zimmer gibt! Denn ohne den wird die Jungfernfahrt der Titanic 2 wirklich eine Katastrophe.
