Wir kennen das Monster Chimära nur aus düsteren Sagen, mit dem Chimera Sneaker hat der US-Rapper das Monster Realität werden lassen. Ob es das Design ist, die Farbe oder das Material. Der Sneaker ist die personifizierte Chimära und kratzt einem mit dem knalligem 80´er Jahre Look förmlich die Augen aus.
Ich würde mir den Schuh wahrscheinlich sogar selber kaufen, er könnte ein Trendschuh werden, wie damals die Croqs (extrem hässlige, quitschbunte PVC-Latschen). Der Schuh ist sozusagen ein echter Markus Lüpertz (einer der bedeutensten deutschen Künstler) für die Füße. Würden diese sprechen können, würden sie wahrscheinlich um ihr Leben schreien.

Everyone has heard of the monster Chimera from dark, Greek myths. The American Rapper Lil Wayne turns this mythological creature into reality in form of awesome sneakers. The entire design including the colors and the materials are inspired by this frightening monster. The sneaker is the chimera among all shoes, figuratively gouging your eyes out with its awesome screaming 80ies look.
I’d probably buy this shoe myself. It has the potential to become a real trend just like Croqs. However, the sneakers of course look much better than croqs. This shoe is a real Markus Lüpertz, one of the most influential, German artists, for your feet. If these sneakers were alive, my enemies would piss their pants and run for their lives.
But there are not only fans of this sneaker out there. Many wannabe-critics think that this shoe is beyond ugly. Well, I don’t think so.
