Hello fellow beauty lovers.

Guys, did you know that you can actively support your hair growth by regulating your blood flow? How can I do that you may ask. Well, you can help regulate your blood flow by consuming the right foods. I am going to name you 5 delicious things to eat that contain vitamins and minerals that is said to stimulate the blood flow.

Dark chocolate
The most delicious one out of the bunch: Dark chocolate is the healthier version of regular milk chocolate. I really crave chocolate during my study phases and I just read that despite it being so yummy, it’s actually great for your hair. The contained cocoa carries so-called flavonoids that are said to sink your blood sugar levels thus stimulating your blood flow.

Watermelons
Oh yum! Did you know that watermelons get their nice pink colour from the antioxidant called lycopene? That’s also the ingredient that’s responsible for regulating your blood flow.

Cayenne pepper
Cayenne pepper is actually one of my most loved spice, well, next to cinnamon. The pepper contains capsaicin, which is an active ingredient that promotes both digestion as well as circulation. Additionally it increases your metabolism, which causes your body to effectively burn more fat.

Sunflower seeds
I personally adore sunflower seeds as a snack because it’s such a pain to get them out of their shells. That’s how I keep my snacking in check. The delicious seeds are rich in vitamin E as well as antioxidants, which are great for preventing the formation of blood cloths.

Goji berries
Some of you may already know of this little fruit from Youtube but they are really hyped for a reason. Goji berries are rich in fibre, iron and calcium! All of which help support our blood circulation thus promote the growth of our hair.

Those are my 5 foods that not only taste amazing but help my hair grow out. I mean, does it get any better than that?
