Step 1: Line your lips using either a black kajal pencil or a black lipliner. Here I used a kajal pencil by MAC in the color ‘Smolder’.
Step 2: Fill in your entire lips with that same product or use a black lipstick, like for example the Limecrime Velvetine Liquid Lipstick in the color ‘Black Velvet’.
Step 3: To achieve that metallic blue shimmer, take a shimmery blue eyeshadow and apply it on the center of your lips. Blend it in with the black lipstick and you’re done! Wear this simple look at a party and combine it with a black eyeliner to create a unique and beautiful look!
