Today I will show you, how to achieve this super dark and metallic lip makeup.
Recreating this is very easy, because you will only need three different product, which are all eye products. The first product I am using here is a ‘Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow’ by Kiko in the color ’05’. You will also need a black kajal pencil, which in this case is the color ‘Smolder’ by MAC, as well as a black eyeshadow (‘Corrupt’ by Makeup Geek) for blending purposes.
Step 1: First apply the taupe colored, metallic shimmer stick eyeshadow all over your lips. Because we don’t use a lip liner for this look, it is very important to create a nice and sharp edge around your lips. Try to line your lips carefully using the stick eyeshadow. If you mess up, there is no need to worry though, because you can always clean up the edges using a concealer around your mouth area.
Step 2: For the ‘grunge’ effect, take the black kajal pencil and use it along the inner part of your lips. After doing so, take the black eyeshadow and use it to blend out the kajal pencil, which might be a little bit hard to blend out on itself. After you created a transition between the taupe and black and the colors are nicely blended, your lip makeup is done and ready to be combined with either a natural eye look or a bold dark eye.
