Caffeine-lovers, listen up: The best way to get your daily dosis of caffeine can be found at the bottom of your cup of green tea. This hot beverage is filled with so-called flavonoids, something that is known to minimize cell damage thus will keep your looking young! Caffeine is also known as an effective stimulant that can actively boost your metabolism thus fatburn. That’s partly due to the vast amount of antioxidants like the so-called EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate). This active ingredient helps boost the metabolism by accelerating fat cell breakage. The result is then released into the bloodstream where it acts as energy supplier for other cells such as muscle cells.

A set morning routine will definitely get your tired bottom out of the bed. Make this time frame your me-time in which you won’t spare a single thought to anyone but yourself.
