You’ll need
1x black polish
1x pastel blue polish
1x top coat (matte)
1xponge
tape
Step 1
Start off with a pastel blue polish. I love the look of this color, I’ve been looking for ages for a light blue shade but only recently did I come across one. Unfortunately it looks a little bit more on the minty side on the pictures. Then just add a matte top coat to give it the right finish.
Step 2
Cut out suitable sized tape to form the arrow shape. Just crisscross it on your nails and there you have it.
Step 3
Cut out a small piece of your sponge, dip it into black polish and start putting it on your nails.
Step 4
You can make the tips darker to create a gradient look if you want to.
