United Nudes Liebe zum Außergewöhnlichen und ihre begeisternde Art, den Schuh immer wieder neu zu erfinden, wurde bereits mit den Kollaborationen mit Iris van Herpen und Zaha Hadid vorgestellt. Wie aber zeigen sich ihre komplett eigenen Modelle? Natürlich gewohnt außergewöhnlich. Doch sehen wir hier zum ersten Mal auch die farbenfrohe Seite der Designer. Die meisten Modelle sind in unterschiedlichen Farben und Farbkombinationen erhältlich: mal richtig girly mit Pink, mal richtig scharf in Rot. Womit aber bei den Frauen vor allem für Aufregung gesorgt wird, sind die Absätze. Im Keilabsatz ist ein Loch, ein anderer führt von der Sohle zum Boden und verzichtet auf eine Verbindung mit der Ferse. Die Absätze erinnern oft an Möbeldesign durch ihre Verbindung mit der Architektur.
Hingegen lassen die Männerschuhe einen vor allem an Sportschuhe denken. Jedoch bloß wegen der Sohle. Während der Schuh selbst einen sehr edlen Alltagsschuh darstellt, wurde er doch mit einer sehr viel sportlicheren und vermutlich auch bequemeren Sohle ausgestattet. Zwei Fliegen also mit einer Klappe? Vielleicht doch eher drei. Mit den verschiedenen Farbkombinationen ist nämlich auch gleich noch für ordentlich Stil gesorgt.
Natürlich fehlt dieser auch bei den Accessoires nicht. Hier zeigt das Label, was es alles von Handtaschen, Portemonnaies, Schmuck und Hüten versteht – und das ist wohl eine Menge. Auch hier haben die Designer ihre eigene Herangehensweise. Sie verleihen allen Designs eine sehr grafische Note. So sind Armbänder in sich verdrehte Fünfecke oder sowohl Hut als auch Tasche erinnern an geschliffene Diamanten.
United Nude hat eine stets eigene und sehr grafische Handschrift. Das Label steht für außergewöhnliches Design und dafür, an Grenzen zu rütteln.

United Nudes‘ passion for the extraordinary and their stunning way of continuously re-inventing the shoe has already been presented in collaborations with Iris van Herpen and Zaha Hadid. But what do their very own pieces look like? Unusual as usual, of course. However here we see the designers’ colorful side for the first time. Most of the models are available in different color combinations: girly in pink, tempting in red. What’s sure to get a lot of attention for the ladies are the heels. There’s a hole in the wedge heel, another one goes from the sole to the ground and waives any connection to the heel itself. The heels often remind you of furniture design with their strong connection to architecture.
In contrast to all that, the men’s shoes especially let you think of sports shoes at first. However this is only because of the sole. While the shoe displays a very gallant everyday shoe, it features a much sportier and most likely more comfortable sole. So did they kill two birds with one stone? Maybe they even killed three. With the various color combinations the label also provides us the right style for the right look.
Of course style is not left out in the accessories as well. Here the label shows their know-how concerning handbags, purses, jewelry and hats – and it looks like they know a lot. The designers stay true to their style and unique way of interpreting modern fashion. All of the designs get a really graphic touch with prints, shapes and colors. Thus you can see bracelets made of tangled pentagons as well as a hat and a bag reminding you of polished diamonds.
