New York Fashion Week Fall Winter 2017 – Dennis Basso

The New York designer Dennis Basso first attended Catholic University in Washington, DC as well as the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York before he founded his own label in 1983. It was not until 2002 that he opened his first boutique, which is located in the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen.

This was then followed by a flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York in 2003, a store in Chicago in 2005, a store in China in 2008, a store in Harrods in 2009 and a Moscow store in 2009.

His collections radiate pure glamor and are characterized by fur and elegant evening wear. His intention is that every woman should have the opportunity to have a high-quality wardrobe.

Basso’s designs are made of high quality and light fabrics, such as silk and are often decorated with elegant prints or lace. His spring / summer 2017 collection is covered with bright earth tones and contains long, airy jumpsuits and clothes as well as some fur.
