A journey that took 9 years, and all for a couple of photographs? This would be mighty strange, if it weren’t for the value of those specific pictures. Ever thought about venturing to the edge of our solar system to capture the beauty of Pluto?
NASA probe New Horizon flew the 12,000km to Pluto, and with the aid of 7 measuring instruments, recorded data regarding this dwarf planet. Spokesmen of NASA have estimated that it will take approximately 18 months for specialists to evaluate the collected data.
This dwarf planet, discovered 85 years ago, is smaller than our moon, yet continues to puzzle researchers with its existence. Well, I believe that all this is about to change!
