Hey mate,
was kann man an der Goldküste noch so machen außer am Strand chillen,
surfen, essen und trinken? Shoppen!
An der Goldküste gibt es nämlich ein großes Outlet Center, das nur eine
halbe Stunde vom Surfers Paradise entfernt ist. Mädels können nicht ohne
shoppen, also nahmen wir Bahn und Bus und fuhren zum beliebten Shopping
Ort.
Irgendwo im Nirgendwo entdeckt ihr eine große Outdoor Fläche mit vielen
Shops, die reduzierte Produkte anbieten. Harbour Town erinnert mich auch
ein wenig an Berlin’s Outlet Center in Steglitz. Alles ähnelt irgendwie
einem kleinen Shopping Dorf wo Cafes und Shops zum Eintreten einladen.
Hier werden euch eine Reihe an Designer Brands und beliebten Labels
angeboten. Dazu gehören z.B. Nike, Coach, The North Face, Adidas, City
Beach Australia oder Kate Hill. Ihr findet hier viele Fashion Items,
Schuhe, Accessoires und sogar Souvenirs, und alles ist reduziert! Und
wenn euch mal langweilig wird, dann geht ihr einfach ins Kino direkt im
Centerbereich oder esst was Leckeres im Foodcourt. Eigentlich hatte ich
eine große Shopping Orgie geplant, aber ich war einfach zu müde und
erschöpft von der Sonne und der Hitze. Am Ende kamen dann „nur“ einpaar
süße Outfits für meinen Bruder und für die kleine Tochter eines Freundes
in meine Tasche.

The Gold Coast Tour – Harbour Town – Outlet Shopping
Hey mate,
What else can you do at Gold Coast except for relaxing at the beach,
surfing and having meals and drinks? Shopping!
Gold Coast has a big outlet shopping center half an hour from Surfers
Paradise.
Girls can’t live without shopping and so, we took the tram and bus to
the popular shopping place.
Somewhere in the nowhere you will find a big outdoor place with many
shops offering discounted items. The Harbour Town kind of reminds me of
Berlin’s Outlet Center in Steglitz. Everything looks like a small
village where shops and cafes invite visitors to enter.
Here you’re offered a huge range of designer brands and popular labels,
like Nike, Coach, The North Face, Adidas, City Beach Australia or Kate
Hill. You can find many fashion items, shoes, accessories and even
souvenirs that are all discounted. If you’re bored, just go to the
cinema, which is situated right in the center or have some snacks and
meals at the food court. I actually planned a huge shopping trip, but
somehow I was too tired from the strong sun and heat. So, I ended up
buying only some cute clothes for my little brother and a friend’s
little toddler.
