Step 1: Use either a white eyeliner (e.g. from Inglot) or a white eyeshadow base (e.g. the NYX Jumbo Pencil in ‘Milk’) to draw on a cat eyeliner on your upper eyelid.

Step 2: Apply a bright blue eyeshadow on top of the white base. The white color helps the eyeshadow to look a lot more vibrant. Here I used the color ‘275’ by Kiko Cosmetics .

Step 3: Now draw on a line along the lower part of the wing of your eyeliner. Use a gold eyeshadow for this step (e.g. ‘Gold Digger’ by Makeup Geek). Use the same gold eyeshadow as a highlight on the inner corners of your eyes.

Step 4: Lastly apply some blue mascara to your upper lashes. Here I’m using the ‘Bad Gal Blue’ Mascara by Benefit
.
