Step 1: Prime your eyes using the NYX jumbo pencil in ‘Milk’. Then blend a turquoise eyeshadow in to your crease.
Step 2: Use a bright blue eyeshadow all over your lid (‘Neptune’ by Makeup Geek).
Step 3: Apply a shimmery blue eyeshadow in the center of your eyelid (‘Mermaid’ by Makeup Geek).
Step 4: Use the same blue eyeshadow on your lower lash line and extend it to your inner corner.
Step 5: Use a silver glitter eyeliner on your inner tear duct.
Step 6: Apply black mascara to your top and bottom lashes.
