Step 1: Take a khaki-colored, shimmery kajal and start outlining your lips with it. The darker color will create a nice contrast.
Step 2: Apply a gold eyeshadow in the center of your top and bottom lip.
Step 3: To achieve the 3D effect, use a khaki colored, shimmery eyeshadow and apply it on the outer corners of your lips. Do not forget to blend the two eyeshadow colors together to get a seamless transition.
If needed, reapply the gold eyeshadow for a more intense color.
