Men wearing suits and women in ELEGANT DRESSES seem to have his entire attention. They are surrounded by a subtly surreal environment, which results in a lot of thrill and gives rise to questions. They seem to be telling you that beside this world in which we are living, there is also another parallel universe. One that Rodney Smith perceives. Their distanced aesthetic make them look cold-hearted – similar to the sun’s rays in the morning, which are lighting, but not warming.
