On this past Tuesday it was decided that pain patients were given permission to not smoke cannabis for medical reasons but also for growing it in exceptional cases. The Administrative Court in Cologne executed this verdict when patients complained. The consumption of marihuana was scientifically proven to ease the pain and to promote one’s appetite, which can be especially appealing to cancer patients.
Cannabis used to be available at pharmacies for patients but because it was pricey the cultivation in your own home was now legalized for pain patients.
