“Zeitlos schön: Modefotografie von Man Ray bis Mario Testino” (“Timeless beauty: Fashion photography from Man Ray to Mario Testino“), that’s the name of precisely the exhibition that has already been leaving its footprints in Paris and Berlin and is now on the go to Zurich. The whole purpose behind this operation is to enlighten the Swiss folks with the beautiful art of fashion.
150 Vintage Prints and staged artwork from legends including Edward Steichen and his mystical photographs; Erwin Blumenfeld and his surreal staged view of the world; Peter Lindbergh with his high-contrast portraits or even Jerry Schatzberg with his beautiful snapshots can be discovered here.
From July 11 until October 10 the Museum of Design Bellerive in Zurich is the place to be. Lovers of the beauty of art will feel very much obliged to go there because Vogue and Vanity are displaying the essence of timeless artwork.
