You’ll need
1x black polish
1x matte topcoat
1x black striper
Step 1
Start off with a jetblack polish. Mine is from Maybelline.
Step 2
To achieve the matte effect, you’re going to need a mattifying topcoat. I use one by Essie and couldn’t be happier with the results. However, you can get cheaper alternatives at the drugstore.
Step 3
Once your nails have dried, take your black striper and start creating your zebra print on your matte black nails. You can look at a picture of a zebra (that’s what I did) or just start painting out of imagination.
Step 4
I created some irregular lines to make things more interesting. To create the two ajoining lines, just paint a curvy line from right to left or left to right. Then add another line which starts at the middle of the main branch/stripe to create the perfect zebra print.
That was easy, huh?
