The prayers of every gamer in the whole world have been heard! The Logitech prophets are blessing the people with the new Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse.
That’s a long name..ah well, I mean the bible too has quite a few pages right?
Now one thing that annoys me most about the latest mice is obnoxious gimmicks like Acceleration and Pixel-Correct. Mouse manufacturers are trying to fix the “errors” that gaming mice may have with software. To put it in another way, they don’t want you to notice the cheap hardware they are using like low-quality laser sensors. Thus they try to fix the sensor’s flaws with software. After all, it’s even cheaper for the manufacturer.
Alright, so that’s what the G502 can’t do. But what can it do? The G502 has a high-end laser sensor which can compute just a square inch to up to 12.000 pixels. In order for everyone to get this, here’s an example: A square inch on a Samsung Galaxy S3 display consists of only 306 pixels. Thus, this mouse is the most precise mouse you can get for just 80€. The only gaming mice that are any challenge to this beast are a few exceptional models by Razer – and these cost more than 120€.
Logitech noster, gift us a mouse with over ten freely programmable buttons, bless us with a mouse wheel you can snap in and release. Before you, oh great Logitech, all of us gamers are the same. However we prefer differently heavy mice. That is why I am asking You to give us a mouse which you can make lighter and heavier with weights. Hallow the people with a built-in memory chip for our mouse settings and little LEDs so we can see the current mode and speed.
And bam! Logitech literally made every single prayer come true – hallowed be Logitech, hallowed be Thy Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse! Amen!
Ultimately, it doesn’t matter whether you believe in the Christian God or in Logitech, because every god has mercy. And when Logitech made a mouse like that for only 80€, they totally had mercy upon our wallets!
