The new label Bless’ed are the Meek is going to take part at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Sydney, Australia. Although the designer Maria Maung is still very young, she already understands how to meet her customers’ every need – or maybe it is exactly that?!
It is probably also due to her young age that Maria Maung is being so eager to experiment around and so she can quickly assimilate t to her young clients. In her latest collection “Leather and Knitwear” for 2014, she is once again completely dedicated to these very fabrics. She creates contrasts between formfitting pieces of leather and rather loose fitting pieces of knit with patterns made of different stitches.
The designs by Maria are cut to accentuate the female body perfectly. Maria Maung uses distinctly black lines on the designs as a product piece or knitted lines, creating womanly curves. Even the prints are emphasizing the figure and so they keep up with the knit pattern.
The colors of the designs are kept relatively modest giving you the opportunity to combine them however you want – that’s a relief since it will be pretty hard to separate from these awesome pieces.
