Abi Ferrin sets the tone with her designs, following one of the most the likable slogans of the fashion industry “Made for you. Not the hanger”. Women all over the world will soon appreciate that.
Abi who comes from Jackson Hole, Wyoming did not follow the same path as other designers, as she says herself. She has always been fascinated by sewing. Still fueled by her passion for sewing, she roamed the country and finally left Hollywood after a failed love relationship. She moved to Dallas with her cousin in the end where she got the awarded as “Texas’ Next Top Designer” in 2007 and was able to create new collections as a blooming designer.
Abi will participate in the Nashville Fashion Week which is going to start on April 1st. We excitingly wait for her collection for fall and winter 2014/15. But what has she brought to us for summer? Dashes of colors, color blocking, pure and bright white! This collection sets its focus on comfort without neglecting the woman’s natural urge to dress to impress. The floor-length dresses are truly all-rounders for this summer.
