The history goes from the beginnings in Italy’s 18th century over the prosperity in America’s 1920ies to the modern form, which deals with prostitution, drug dealing and waste scandals. Each era is examined in detail.
The whole thing is highlighted by former hidden photos by Italian press archives. They give us the insight which we haven’t seen before.
The author of the book, Marco Gasparini, is an expert in the politics and organizations of his home country Italy and works for various daily newspapers of Italy.
