The label Abraham K Hangul, named after the designer who founded it, drafts wearable, individual and minimalist women’s fashion with that certain something.
In terms of fashion, the label has a distinct aim: Emphasizing the wearer’s hidden personality. To achieve this, K Hangul works with innovative and sustainable techniques and one of their focal points are denim designs. The fall and winter collection 2014 called Military Memento has little adornments from uniforms and mixes these with innovative and fashionable designs. The collection includes jeans, skirts, blouses, jumpers and dresses – all designed in black, white, grey or silver colors.
What I especially liked were the denim jeans with many little ornaments, which turn the traditional jeans into a real eye catcher. As an example for that, I would love to mention the fur applications at the end of the jeans. These adornments give the jeans extravagance. Moreover, the jeans have little rhinestones, thus they also are quite elegant. However, my absolute favorite designs in this collection are the shining silver slim fit pants, which can make a perfect outfit when worn with a discreet top. In terms of color and fashion, this look is totally trendy! Another look that in my eyes is pretty striking is a material mix – a leather skirt with a silver sweater. This pencil skirt has an asymmetrical cut and goes perfectly well with the silver sweater which has a sporty cut. Abraham K Hangul manages to reinterpret and reinvent jeans. In this way, he is giving casual looks the brilliance they need.
