Obwohl das Modebusiness sehr schnelllebig ist und die verschwenderische Art unserer Gesellschaft in genau dieser Branche ihren Gipfel findet, ist es dem Label Tristan Melle ein Anliegen, dass seine Designs ein ganzes Leben lang ihren Besitzern Freude bereiten.
Welche Farbe ist denn langlebiger und zeitloser als Schwarz? Es ist eine Farbe, die man einfach immer tragen kann und die wohl nie aus der Mode kommen wird. Also ist auch der Großteil der Herbst/Winter 2013 Kollektion von Tristan Melle schwarz. Uns fiel ein schwarzes, knielanges Kleid ins Auge mit transparenten Ärmeln und einem verführerischem Rückenausschnitt.
Doch beschränkt sich der Designer nicht ausschließlich auf Schwarz. Weiß mit goldenen Akzenten verspricht ebenfalls zeitlose Eleganz. In Kombination verleihen sie einer Bluse eine futuristische Note. Der eigentliche Blickfang in der gesamten Kollektion ist aber definitiv der überwältigend bunte und komplexe Aufdruck, der sich auf vielen Teilen findet. In seiner Farbpracht und Symmetrie erinnert er an ein Kaleidoskopbild.
Aus dem Stoff wird ein Jumpsuit gemacht. Locker geschnitten und mit schmalem Saum, ist er praktisch und modern zugleich. Auch ein langes, fließendes Kleid ist mit dem Druck überzogen. Zusätzlich ist die Robe mit einem goldenen Gürtel tailliert. Während er in diesen Looks sehr feminin auftritt, zeigt er sich in einer Kombination aus Bomberjacke und Bleistiftrock eher selbstbewusst und tough.
Tristan Melle schafft einen Unterschied mit seiner Einstellung, dass ein Kleidungsstück nicht bloß eine Saison, sondern gleich ein ganzes Leben lang halten soll. Die Designs sind dabei ein Mix aus klaren Schnitten, Sexappeal und modernen aber zeitlosen Silhouetten.

Although nothing seems to last long in the fashion business where our wasteful tendency appears to culminate, the label Tristan Melle strives to make sure that its designs will bring happiness upon their owners for the rest of their lives.
Well, is there a color more long-lasting and timeless than black? It’s a color which you can simply always wear; it’s a color which probably will never be old-fashioned. For this reason, the color palette of the fall and winter collection 2013 is dominated by black. A black, knee-length dress caught our eye. It is adorned with transparent sleeves and a seductive low-cut back.
But the designer doesn’t only focus on black. White with golden accents promises timeless elegance as well. This color combination bestows a very futuristic touch upon a blouse design. However, the actual eye catcher of the entire collection definitely is the overwhelmingly colorful and complex print which you can find on many pieces. Made of an extreme variety of colors and marked by symmetry, the print is very similar to a kaleidoscope picture.
A jumpsuit for instance sports this beautiful pattern. Loosely cut and equipped with long pant legs, this item is practical and modern at the same time. A long, flowing dress is coated with a print. In addition, the robe is waisted with a belt. While the belt seems very elegant in this outfit, it presents itself in a very tough and confident way in combination with a bomber jacket.
Tristan Melle has taken a revolutionary step with his attitude. The concept of a piece of clothing lasting a lifetime truly is innovative. The designs however are still defined by a mixture of clear cuts, sex appeal and modern and timeless silhouettes.
