The four-course meal planned for Palazzo this year is defined and built around the motto “contrasts”. Soft and crispy, hot and cold, sweet and sour as well as spicy and mild – these contrasts are presented in the single courses in a magnificent and delicious way for the sole purpose of bringing a smile onto your face.
