October was filled with enchanting new trends and the place to be in that month has been fashion metropolis Istanbul. Between Eastern flair and Western chic, big names from the fashion industry showed what they’ve got at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul in one way or another. The event took place in the middle of October and provided everybody with the latest fashion trends for six whole days.
One of the much anticipated designers was Eda Güngör, whose hometown is Istanbul. She received her degree in fashion right here and whilst she was studying, the creative designer found her way to New York. Her impressions and versatile inspirations were all skillfully woven into her own brand ever since the year 2009.
The brand provides us with tailored, glamorous gowns for the confident, sophisticated and timeless chic woman, who will feel just like a diva in them. Especially the Fall/Winter collection of 2014/15 will stand out through the clever combination of classic and sensual elements. For instance, classic white and black shades were completed with individual designs in a royal blue or alluring red.
The different shapes all have one thing in common: they’re all destined to drape a delicate, feminine body. A woman cannot ask for more because the line includes everything sensual ranging from a mermaid dress to the little black dress. And the whole package is refined by neat transparent details.
