This look is perfect for an everyday use but also for a special occasion, because the false lashes add some extra drama to the eyes. Because most people are scared to try out false eyelashes, I wanted to show you a look, which is natural looking and not too much at the same time. For this look I used light and shimmery eyeshadows, which make the eyes appear more open and awake.

1. First I blended a light brown eyeshadow in to my crease and on my lower lash line. (‘Wedge’ by MAC)

2. Then I used a champagne colored pigment called ‘Afterglow’ by Makeup Geek on my whole eyelid. I also used this pigment as a highlight on the highest points of my cheek bones.

3. For a highlight I applied a light shimmery eyeshadow on my brow bone and on the inner corners of my eyes. (‘Shimma Shimma’ by Makeup Geek or ‘Shroom’ by MAC)

4. On my lower waterline I used a nude kajal to make the eyes appear bigger. On my tightline I applied a black kajal to make my lashes appear fuller.

5. To hide the false lashes I applied a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay) with a flat definer brush as close to my upper lash line as possible. Make sure to do this step as careful as possible to not overdo the line.

6. As a last step I applied a black mascara to my top and bottom lashes (‘They’re Real’ by Benefit). Then I glued on my false eyelashes, which where made out of human hair. Apply them as close to your natural lashes as possible. The lashes I used for this look are called ‘#43’ by Red Cherry.
